Ordering
To ensure a well planned event Mr. D's Sweets & Eats would like:
Minimum of 48 hours notice on Informal events servings 25 and under.
Minimum of 5 business days notice on Informal events serving over 25 guests
Minimum of 30 days notice on Formal events.
Rush orders may be assessed a 15% Rush Order Fee.
Payment
For your convenience Mr. D's accepts all forms of payment (Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Check, Cash)
Food Service ( multiple scheduled events) 50% of combined total order amount to be paid at the time of quote acceptance. Balance due before last date of service.
Bakery Products (unless part of a catering order) are to be paid in full at the time of ordering.
50% deposit is due on informal catering orders at the time of quote acceptance
The balance is due on informal events serving 25 and under on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For informal events serving over 25 guests the balance is due no later than 5 business days before the event.
For Formal Events a 30% deposit is due upon acceptance of the quote.
an additional payment of 50% of th balance is due no later than 45 days before the event.

Cancellations
Any informal event cancelled/rescheduled prior to 2 business days of the event will be subject to a fee of 20% of the contract amount in addition to all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred by Mr. D's Sweets and Eats.
Any formal event cancelled/rescheduled prior to 30 days of the scheduled event will be subject to a fee of 50% of the contract amount in addition to any reasonable expenses incurred by Mr. D's Sweets and Eats.
Delivery
Although every effort is made to ensure prompt service events beyond our control may affect delivery time. Therefore we must reserve a 20 minute grace period for all deliveries. | |
